Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days for a full refund, but you will need to pay the return shipping. 

Please Contact Us by emailing us with your order number, phone number, and details about the product you would like to return and why. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Defective Item to Return

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the item is defective as a result of our error however, you must email us within 24 hrs from the day you received it, with your name, invoice number, phone number, and details on the defective product.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchange

You can exchange your item within 14 days and must be the same cost or more. Please Contact Us by emailing your name, order number, phone number, and both items you wish to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange your item(s) from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA, except Hawaii, Alaska,
 American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


When you place an order, we will ship your order out within 1 business day, based on the availability of your items, the day you order and the shipping options you choose. 

We offer free shipping for our standard 5-10 business days, and please remember it can take up to 2 weeks.  Other rates apply when you choose anything other than our standard shipping.
