Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please Contact Us with your order number, phone number, email and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Defective Returns

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) however, you must email us within 24 hrs from the day you received it, with your name, invoice number, phone number, and details on the defective product.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


You can exchange your item within 14 days and must be the same cost or more. Please Contact Us with your name, order number, phone number, email and inventory number for both items you with to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange your item(s) from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA.

When you place an order, we will ship your order out within 1 business day, based on the availability of your items, the day you order and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We have a flat shipping fee of $5.00 for 3-10 business days and if you order $50.00 or more its free shipping. Other rates apply when you choose anything other than your standard 3-10 day shipping.
