4 law enforcement officers, two medics and a civilian had been injured in what authorities are calling a “minimal explosion” at a strip mall just outside Baltimore, Maryland, Monday night.
A spokesman for the Baltimore County Fireplace Section claimed that law enforcement were being called to a nail salon in the shopping middle all around 9:30 p.m. ET for a report of a former personnel on the premises.
Police confirmed to Fox News Digital that the suspect established a fire that sparked the explosion just soon after police arrived at the scene.
